I’ve been working with Nima’s team for approximately the past 6 years, and they have been my favorite lender throughout this time. Davis and Natalie are an outstanding team.

Whenever I need assistance, Davis is always there to help me structure the deal, and Nat consistently supports me with smooth and efficient processing. About 99% of my loans close within 15 days, and if it ever goes to a 16th day, it’s usually due to third-party delays.

I also don’t want to forget my closer, Nancy she is absolutely amazing and always ensures everything gets to the finish line seamlessly.

I truly appreciate the entire Nima's team and wish them continued success and many more future closings together.

I wanted to reach out to let you know of the wonderful experience I have had with Change on a recent loan submission that is scheduled to close tomorrow. As much as I debated sending this today since I am superstitious, I am sure that all will go well at tomorrow’s closing.

Working for a direct lender, I have tried for many years to do everything in-house, simply because of the lack of control when brokering and the fear of trying something new with critical dates and money at play.  Having heard nightmares from other originators who had horrible experiences with various lenders over the years, I have always limited my desire to broker loans significantly.  In fact, there are only a few broker partners that I trust.  I am happy to say that Change is now, one of those few.

In March of this year, I closed my first loan with Change and the experience with Nima and Davis was perfect.  With this most recent loan file for David Groden, who is actually a neighbor of mine where there was even more at risk, the experience could not have been better.  Between Davis, Nima, and now Justin and Natalie, everything went exactly as planned.  I have already let everyone in my region at Guild know of the experience, but I would be remiss if I didn’t send you these words of praise for your team, as they most certainly deserve it.

Change has “changed” my perspective on brokering loans, at least when it comes to great partnerships like the one Guild has with your company, and I look forward to sending a lot more business your way.  Your team has definitely earned it!
