
Sam worked hard to help us get this done and find solutions. His coordinator was very responsive as well. Grace in the closing dept knocked it out fast to make sure we closed when we had to. Challenging loan so hurdles and things that could have gone better on our end and theirs but overall very happy for the effort and care they had to get this done as quickly as they could for us and our customer!

The most difficult part of the transaction was the time difference between California and Florida. I now know for future transactions to take this into consideration. I am truly grateful that Sam allows us to include him on email correspondence. He also answers his phone, calls back in a timely manner, and is great with communication via text. Once the CTC occurred, and the Closing Team stepped in, I was blown away by the urgency and speed, to balance with title and get the package out. Thank you for everything!
